620 familias en riesgo por daños en infraestructuras

Six hundred and twenty families in the Altos de Covadonga housing complex in Tocopilla are living in fear and worry. The apartments were handed over after the 2007 earthquake, but almost immediately began showing signs of deterioration. The municipality declared them uninhabitable. More than a decade later, the families have not been relocated and live in fear of the buildings collapsing.
