Ford Grand Tourneo Connect Wireless Reverse Camera Installation - how to install a reverse camera in a car - specifically in my 2017 Ford Grand Tourneo Connect. I couldn't find any instructions or help on wireless reverse camera installation wiring for the Ford Grand Tourneo Connect, so I made my own video which shows a wireless reverse camera installation from start to finish. Trim panel removal tools: https://amzn.to/2EKhajf Optional equipment: Rubber grommet pack: https://www.toolstation.com/rubber-gr... | For protecting camera cable where it enters car body Wifi inspection camera: https://amzn.to/2DfmzhZ | Limink Inspection Camera (not needed but useful) You will probably also need: A torx bit set to remove the rear lights and tailgate handle/strap A multimeter to test which wire in the reverse light gets voltage when the car is put into reverse (you can also guess as it's 50/50,or carefully watch the video!) In order to do the reverse camera install you need to remove the Grand Tourneo rear tailgate cover (the big black panel at the back of the car). This is the ONLY panel you actually need to remove to do the reverse camera installation, but you can also remove other panels as needed to make threading the camera cable through the car easier. The Grand Tourneo has a couple of extra screws behind the registration plate - I don't know what these are for but they helped with the reverse camera install as I had no need to stick the camera to anything with the supplied glue pads, I simply fitted a small bolt/screw and washer in one of the extra holes, which is the perfect site for the wireless reverse camera. The Ford Transit Connect is a very similar vehicle to the Ford Grand Tourneo Connect, so I would imagine that the reverse camera wiring for the Ford Transit Connect would be very similar. In theory, the reverse camera wiring should also be exactly the same for the Ford Tourneo Connect as for the Grand Tourneo connect, as they are essentially the same vehicle.
