I am conquering my kitchen control freak tendencies in today's episode! Today, I'm holding space for my new friend Jo, and her incredible green lasagna recipe. We had the best day shopping for ingredients at Eataly, and then coming back to my place to create the ultimate spring dinner menu– a pavlova with crushed pistachios and marinated berries, and an incredible springtime lasagna with green sauce (and plenty of cheese). It's seriously a dinner party in 2 recipes. If you've never made a pavlova before, I can't recommend it enough. It's the ideal low effort/ high impact dessert for all your spring and summer entertaining, and the topping possibilities are endless.
