We load up Simon’s boat with stand-up jet skis and head out for a full day on the water. Kawasaki stand-ups, Yamaha stand-ups, and one insane $50,000 GP1 race ski… which we genuinely thought we blew up mid-session 😬 We hit the Mt Martha pillars, send the skis, and then settle an argument properly — Baz vs Chelsea (a triathlete) in a head-to-head swim race to see who’s actually faster.
