He has been involved in urban development projects since high school, starting his own business in his third year of high school in 2000, winning the New Word and Buzzword Award that same year for "IT Revolution." He graduated from the Department of Political Science, School of Political Science and Economics, Waseda University, and completed a Master's program at the Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of Commerce. In 2009, he founded the Area Innovation Alliance, a general incorporated association. He invests in and serves as a director of regional revitalization companies across the country. He opened the Urban Management Professional School in 2015 and has produced over 500 graduates, continuing to produce talent that will change communities all over the country.
