The Binding of Isaac | Today's Daily Run 27th Jun 2026

Goal: Keeper vs. Satan [Normal Difficulty] Spiciest Stuff: Sulfuric Acid, Dad's Ring, Little Steven, Placenta, Steam Sale, Toxic Shock, Lil Brimstone, Synthoil, Cricket's Body, Mom's Knife, The Pact Transformations: Conjoined A late new character for June, Keeper is here! It's been over a month since his last appearance as he only showed up once in May. This also ends our longest absence at 51 days. A run of two halves – a little crew of familiars and Toxic Shock carry until Mom's Knife drops and shreds through the rest of the run. Was running out of sand in the hourglass for Boss Rush but just about made it. Cricket's Body started it off, I think this would've taken quite a bit longer without it too. Lil Brimstone's lasers were doing good work here also. A reasonably challenging Rush but there were plenty of coins on the board for health. Sulfuric Acid with Mom's Knife allowed me to just walk through doors in a desperate scramble to find It Lives, wouldn't have made it to Hush otherwise! The triple knives hit Hush incredibly hard but the Tear Rate and Range was low that you had to get up close to land any attacks. Got down to one health with him at ~60% health and really thought this would be the end of the road but miraculously made it through! Stressful! No extra charge for the Wooden Nickel, only Placenta available to top up health (pretty unreliably too, unless your patient/lucky). No defensive stuff either. Some big names on the PlayStation leaderboard had already lost this one, so try it at your peril. I quite enjoyed it, but then I am a big Keeper fan. Best of luck!
