Changing the cooling fan assembly in a 2004 PT Cruiser, I show you each step of the process in detail, including the size of each fastener. I also show you the differences between the '01-'05 fans and the '06-'10 fans. This overall procedure will apply to all non turbo PT Cruisers, turbo models will vary due to the inter cooler etc but will still follow much of this procedure.
