Grilled Chicken Hearts | John Relihan

Have you ever tried Chicken Hearts?? if not i 100% recommend you give this ago.. Super Tasty I marinated the Chicken Hearts over night for extra flavour. Chicken hearts 300g Teriyaki 4 TBSP Chilli garlic sauce 2 TBSP Bbq rub 2 TSP Lime juice 1 Wedge Fresh chilli 1 TSP Spring onion 2 TBSP Coriander 3 sprigs Oil 1 TBSP Marinate all together with love over night. Skewer them up & straight onto a hot grill If you fancy just plain is as amazing too.. use some salt, pepper & oil..
