Jacquard vs. Fair Isle - knitting machine learning Vlog - S1 Ep8: colors

It is time to learn how to knit with colors on my superba / Singer double bed knitting machine. I‘m first doing fair isle on the back bed and then add a few rows of jacquard. I‘m also trying to do a half jacquard. Overall I think working with 2 colors and the secondary yarn guide is easy. Background: My first knitting machine project was a Desaster. The pants were meant for my granddaughter but they actually fit E.T. , Smeagol or some other weird aliens. I would like to learn doing stuff with my wive’s Singer 2200 double bed knitting machine which is the same as the Superba so therefore I’m learning, trying and documenting my process / progress.
