From a humble carpenter to a renowned world leader, Joko Widodo is the seventh President of Indonesia and arguably the most powerful Indonesian leader since Soeharto. It’s been almost 2 months his tenure came at an end but let’s look to how Joko Widodo managed to climb the slopes of politics to becoming Indonesia’s number 1 man, well beloved by the people and feared by his opponents, leaving the office of the president more powerful than he was as one.
