飯田線前面展望　平岡→駄科　＜Cabview Japanrail Iida Line Hiraoka → Dashina＞　2024.5

This is the second part of the JR Iida Line cab view. In this video, the train runs 27.3km from Hiraoka Station to Dashina Station. Part 1 of this section, between Chubu Tenryu and Hiraoka, is here.    • 前面展望　飯田線核心部パート１　中部天竜→平岡　＜cabview Japan rai...   Continuing from last time, in this section the track runs through the bottom of a deep and narrow valley along the Tenryu River. Stations appear frequently, but in recent years the number of people living around them has decreased, and the station has come to be known as a ``unexplored station''. Ironically, this has led to an increase in the number of tourists who are thinking of visiting stations that no one else uses, and this video shows several passengers standing on the platform of each station. BTW, when I look back at this video for uploading "This video only shows tunnels!" I realized that. "This is not a video for relaxation, this is a video for mental training!" So, I added a cab view of the train past Tenryukyo Station (the name of the station means the gorge created by the Tenryu River), which is the base for driving, and all the way to Dashina Station. (Please note that the actual scenery is a series of tunnels) North of Tenryukyo Station, the scenery along the Iida Line suddenly changes dramatically, and from here the line continues along the bottom of a wide valley. The nearly 200km long Iida Line is such a mysterious and attractive line.
