Join me for a 35-minute full-body Pilates bar workout that brings all the benefits of a reformer workout to your home! Using resistance, we’ll target your deep core muscles while sculpting and toning your abs, strengthening your upper body, and shaping your glutes and thighs. This session includes a complete warm-up to prepare your body and a relaxing cool-down to help you recover. No reformer needed—just roll out your mat and enjoy a powerful Pilates bar session! The Pilates bar is a new piece of equipment for me. I love the way it challenges my body in different ways and allows me to strengthen my deep core muscles! Feel free to ty different variations of exercises to make them work best for you. For example, when holding the bar at your chest, you may want to try an underhand or an overhand grip.
