Railroad Crossing Malfunction | Cypress Creek Way, Prosper, TX

Well, this was totally unexpected. Me and my dad were just jogging this evening, and then we came across the Cypress Creek Way railroad crossing malfunctioning. One gate is down while the rest are still up. The lights were flashing but the bells weren’t ringing. Not every day I witness a crossing malfunctioning. I called it in after filming this.
