Ambala Borewell Rescue: A 4-year-old boy fell into a 220-foot-deep, 9-inch borewell in Ambala around 7 a.m. on Tuesday. Nirbhay, a resident of Dhanyoda village, had gone with his father to the fields to feed his grandfather. While playing, he slipped. NDRF and Army teams are jointly conducting a rescue operation to safely retrieve the child. Water is flowing into the borewell at a depth of approximately 60 feet. Underwater cameras have been lowered with the help of ropes. Rain that began around 1:30 a.m. The rescue operation was hampered. The Army has erected a tent over the borewell. An NDRF team member stated that the camera showed the child's hands pointing upwards, while his neck was bent downwards. More than 15 attempts have been made to rescue him.
