Peugeot Boxer 230L Fehlersuche Motor geht nicht an & aus! Anlasser Zündung?

Here's a short video about our troubleshooting. The problem is, the car sometimes won't start or won't turn off! The starter motor is relatively new, and the ignition switch is brand new! So what's the problem? Or could there be more than one? You'll see all of this in the video. I can't say for sure yet if it worked 100%. Everything seems to be working again now.
