Currently on a journey on reducing inflammation and prioritizing anti inflammatory foods to become the healthiest version of myself. I gained a lot of weight and fell off my healthy eating habits so I’m determined to get back on track and lock in. In todays video I go over my productive 4am morning routine that is helping reducing inflammation and give me the results I’ve been achieving.
