Only 2g of carbs per serving! 🎉 🛒 INGREDIENTS (6 servings) ▪️ 150g almond flour ▪️ 40g psyllium husk powder (or flaxseed meal) ▪️ 2 tsp baking powder ▪️ 1 tsp salt 🧂 ▪️ 225ml boiling water ▪️ 3 egg whites 🥚 ▪️ 1 tbsp sesame seeds ▪️ A splash of apple cider vinegar (optional) 👩🍳 PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt. 3. Boil the water 💦 and add it to the mixture, along with the vinegar and egg whites. Whisk by hand for 30 seconds with a fork or a hand whisk. 4. Moisten your hands 🙌 and divide the mixture into 6 rolls. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased with butter. 5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes ⏱, depending on the size of the rolls. You can check they are cooked when you hear a hollow sound when you gently tap the surface. 6.
