Mystery Man and I broke up. This isn’t a video I ever expected to be making, but after sharing so much of my dating journey with you all, it didn’t feel right to disappear without talking about it. So instead, I booked a flight to Lisbon. In this vlog, I’m sharing a few days of solo travel, beautiful views, good food, and some honest conversations about heartbreak, healing, and what happens when something you hoped would work out… doesn’t. As a single mum who’s experienced betrayal in the past, this breakup brought up a lot of old feelings. Not being chosen. Not being enough. Wondering if you’ll ever find your person. But this trip reminded me of something important. Before Mystery Man, there was me. The woman who rebuilt her life. The woman who learned how to do hard things. The woman who found happiness on her own. So whilst this chapter didn’t end the way I hoped it would, I’m choosing to see it as part of the journey rather than the end of the story.
