Glastonbury Green Field 1987

In June 1987, when I was twenty years old, I attended the Glastonbury festival with my brother Laurence. It was a formative experience in my young life and I recorded the weekend on an old super 8 camera. Leave a comment if you spot yourself in the crowd - 37 years younger! The films lay forgotten in my loft for the following 37 years and I've only recently dusted them down, converted them to digital and edited the original 90 minutes of film to a 9 1/2 minute video. Maybe I'm looking back with rose tinted spectacles but it felt like an easier and more natural time back then - less political correctness, less health and safety and not a mobile phone in sight.
