2024 ZX6R NHTSA RECALL NO 25V376 Crankshaft Bushing Seizure Inspection Detailed Video Footage

In today’s video, I take the 2024 ZX6R 40th Anniversary Edition to Kawasaki Suzuki of Rome to get the NHSTA Recall No. 25V376 Crankshaft Bushing Seizure Inspection completed. This recall addresses the possibility of the Crankcase Bolts not being torqued to spec leading to the Number 5, and possibly Number 1 Bearings/Bushings slipping out of alignment with the Upper and Lower Crankcase. Josh, the Service Manager, will utilize the inspection kit provided by Kawasaki. I’ve also included some Bonus Video Footage of how I load and transport the ZX6R in a 2016 Ford Transit Van.
