I make a living helping women change the things they dislike about their faces. So why does the thought of my own daughter sitting in my chair make my stomach drop? That is the question I couldn’t shake. Because the same treatment can come from confidence or from self-rejection, and from the outside they can look exactly the same. I have watched objectively beautiful women sit across from me and see nothing but flaws. Then I think about the next generation of girls already learning that they are being watched, measured, photographed, compared, and ranked. This episode isn’t really about injectables. It is about the relationship women have with their own reflection, and the quiet messages we pass down to our daughters without ever realizing it. Because they are always listening.
