Fish treatment in Hindi for bloating | Osmoregulation | Fish Treatment PART : 01

In this video I have discussed about the osmoregulation process. By this process fishes keep a balance of the water and salt in their body. Before we know the osmoregulation process we need to know that there are three type of solutions. Water in any condition is nothing but a solution. Hypotonic, isotonic and hypertonic. Hypotonic is where the concentration of the slat is less than water(For example freshwater). Isotonic solution is a complete ideal situation where the slat and water stays in a same quantity. Hypertonic is a solution where is the concentration of the salt is more than water(For example slat water). In a hypotonic situation the molecules of water always tries to move inside the cell. iostonic situation the amount of water goes inside the cell is equal to the amount of water leaves the cell and in hypertonic situation the water goes out of the cell. A freshwater fish always has to release a lots of amount of water from its body which continuously goes inside its body. your fishes has to urinate almost 20% of their body weight of water very frequently and due to this very reason it intends to loose a huge amount of important salt from its body. Its because of the speacial cells fishes has in their gills that it increases the amount of important salt in those areas so that the important salt doesn't comes out of their body and for that they need a lots of energy to keep those specially designed cells to continue to work restlessly. Even when your fishes are resting it still spends a huge amount of energy just to continue with this osmoregulation process. If it is under stress then that hampers their osmoregulation process and it gets effected very easily. In case your fish gets a kidny damage due to any reason then they can't produce the urine which impacts their osmoregulation process and water keeps going inside their body and it can't release that excess amount of water so as a result it gets bloated. If it continues then its stomach will blast in a few days. Due to any reason if you have a fish which has got bloating the best practice is to transfer it to a hospital tank and treat it with a lots of iodine less salt. Slowly it may recover but chances are there that you won't be able to save it if it is under any pressure.
