Diving Plymouth Breakwater - Perfect Summer Dive
this was a super little dive, original dive plan fell through but the breakwater never disappoints. there were octopus there but I didn't find them, but the huge numbers of wrasse - which can skittish but here were very happy to get up close - A big conger Eel, which was great as you don't see many in the day, though he was somewhat hidden, and plenty of other interesting bits.
