I felt so lucky and happy to have such a beautiful park and the ocean right by my house. Also, I am absolutely obsessed with Ume Chuhai, so since plum season is here, I just bought some and made my own batch! lol Starting this fall, I'm planning to drink my homemade Umeshu to my heart's content and get a little tipsy 🤪 I'll make sure to film it and show you guys when it's ready to drink! I also bought a block of pork belly at the grocery store, grilled it up, and made a delicious Gochujang Jjigae (Spicy Gochujang Stew)~ I wanted to share a glimpse of how we enjoy Korean food while living in Japan!
