Aan de Wolfstraat in Helmond heeft de Zorgboog in 2013 kleinschalig wonen gerealiseerd. In het gebouw zijn vier groepswoningen voor ouderen met dementie. In iedere woning is plaats voor zeven bewoners. De kleine groepen wonen zo gewoon mogelijk samen in een herkenbare omgeving waar ze zich thuis voelen. Er is dag en nacht deskundige zorg aanwezig.
