Slice the mushrooms into a round shape and slice the shiitake mushrooms to make it easier to eat. 5. Sprinkle the vegetables with a minimum of salt and olive oil and mix them together roughly. 6. Wash in a mixing bowl, add the top-tipped kkwari peppers, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and season, then mix roughly with the bean powder and starch powder. 7. Place the above prepared vegetables in turn in a thick bottom pan, then cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat when the pan heats up. [Grilled tofu] 1. Cut tofu long enough to eat. 2. Sprinkle potato starch powder on cutting board, place tofu and sprinkle starch powder on top of tofu. 3. Grease a pan with olive oil and top with tofu, then heat over medium heat and bake in a short time (in 5 minutes) 09:45 [Two zucchinis] 1. Cut the zucchini in half and cut it diagonally. 2. Put them all in the pan, add 3 pinch of salt and a little oil to heat, stir through and cook the zucchini over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes. 3. Uncover and turn over, season with 1 tbsp crusted red pepper and 1 tbsp tuna liquid and cook, mixing roughly. 4. Turn off the heat, sprinkle sesame seeds, and add some pepper and perilla oil. [Two carrots] 1. Cut carrots in half and cut long in lengthwise. 2. Put all in the pan, mix 2 pinch of salt and a little oil, then cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. 3. Open the lid, put it on medium-high heat, bake it until golden, turn off the heat, and mix it with 2 tbsp of whole grain mustard. [Three eggplants] 1. Cut the eggplant skin (optional) 2. Cut in half and cut into bite-size pieces. 3. Add the eggplant to the pan and add 2 pinch of salt to drain the water. 4. Add a little oil and 2/3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 scoops of tomato sauce, turn off the heat and mix it with pepper and sesame seeds [Two and a half cups of pepper] 1. Cut the pepper in half and prepare it. 2. Put a little oil in the pan and add the pepper. 3. Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry for 30 seconds. 4. Mix 1Tbsp of mirin, 2/3 Tbsp of soy sauce, 2/3 Tbsp of tuna liquid, and 1 Tsp of Gochugaru. 5. Turn off the heat and add a little bit of oligosaccharide, sesame salt and sesame oil. [Two cups of garlic] 1. Cut the garlic in half. 2. Add oil to pan and stir-fry until Arin is gone. 3. Combine 2 Tbsp of mirin, 1 Tbsps of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of crushed red pepper, 1 Tbsp of red pepper paste, 2 Tbsp of tomato sauce, and 2 Tbsp of water. 4. Cover and cook over low heat for 4 minutes. 5. Turn off the heat and add sweet grain syrup or a little bit of oligosaccharide and oil. [A block of tofu] 1. Put a dollop of tofu on a dry pan. 2. Divide tofu into quarters first and bake while turning each side. 3. Cut over pan into bite-sized pieces and add a pinch of salt and oil. 4. Combine 2 tablespoons of mirin, 2/3 tablespoons of tuna liquid, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoons of red pepper powder and 1 teaspoon per non-refined source. 5. Boil it down, turn off the heat, and put sesame salt and perilla oil on it's done. [Four mushrooms] 1. Cut it in half and cut it in the longitudinally. 2. Stir-fry in a pan as if to drain away a little moisture. 3. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. 4. When it gets yellow, put oil, season it with pink salt, turn off the heat, and sprinkle pepper.
