Master Francisco Mansur is a 9th degree jiu-jitsu red belt, graduated by Great Master Helio Gracie, being one of the most respected men in BJJ. Francisco Mansur founded Kioto BJJ in 1965, one of the most traditional Brazilian jiu-jitsu schools in the world. Master Mansur began training Milton Regis, when Milton was just 8 years old.
