Today, a tank terminal must fulfil many criteria in terms of safety and successful operation. If we look at the Nord West Oil Pipeline, which is a tank terminal and has a capacity of 1.6 million cubic meters and supplies the northwest of Germany with crude oil, we see that fire protection is a major factor here. Our turnkey fire protection solution consists of a pump house, including three fire pumps with 1,000 HP each, which supplies the plant with 75,000 litres / minute in an emergency.
