100KM Ride Within 3 Hours Challenge in Trivandrum | All You Need To Know Before A Nonstop 100km ride

Hello everyone, This video is regarding a virtual challenge organized by C3 Racing club in Cochin. Challenge was to complete 100km anywhere within 3 hours. We need minimum 33.4kilometer per hour average to complete this challenge. It was very difficult in trivandrum with killing headwinds and unending climbs. I had a company, Anoop Ashok, who represented Kerala state in 24th National Championship and won 16th position. I have shared some of the techniques and preparations i have taken before the ride.
