As EUFOREA celebrates a decade of progress in allergy and airway disease care, 2026 marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Founded to reduce the burden of chronic respiratory diseases through research, education, and advocacy, EUFOREA has spent the last ten years bringing together leading experts, healthcare professionals, patients, and organisations from across the world to improve patient outcomes and shape the future of care. As part of its new era, EUFOREA has welcomed three new global leaders to its board: 👉 Professor Klaus Rabe — Senior Professor of Medicine at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel and Director of the Airway Research Centre North (ARCN) and vice chair of the German Centre for Lung Research (DZL). 👉 Professor Dr Anju T. Peters — Expert Panel Member and Board Member of EUFOREA, Professor of Medicine (Allergy and Immunology) and Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in Chicago, United States. Prof. Peters is also an EUFOREA Rhinitis Expert Panel Member. 👉 Professor Joseph Han — Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery at.
