Rino Levi, arquitetura e paisagismo
Renato Anelli, professor at the Institute of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of São Paulo (IAU/USP), discusses architect and urban planner Rino Levi's (1901-1965) strong connection with landscaping, through which he reproduced Brazilian nature in the interiors of his residences. Rino's daughter, Barbara Levi, comments on her father's passion for plants and addresses the architect's relationship with landscaper Roberto Burle Marx, a frequent partner in many of his projects. This partnership is also discussed by architect Nestor Goulart Reis Filho. Curated by the Itaú Cultural and FAU/USP teams, the Rino Levi Occupation will run from February 29 to April 12, 2020, with free admission.
