One of the my main focus of investment, Dutamas is this site in between Mont' Kiara, Bukit Tunku, and Segambut. So it enjoys this strategic distance away from KL City Center, being connected to most of the main highways, also the brand new MRT 3 within this KL Metropolis. In terms of amenities, Solaris Parq is mainly surrounding by public buildings such as the court, mosque, immigration office and etc. But the main attractive point would be them built by the same developer as Publika, and that in between piece of empty land would be the next BIG thing for the area. After the visit, it's pretty much expected from this branded developer. Everything is very well done from design to execution, all details are well covered. However, that results in a selling price that is currently the ceiling for that location. At the same time, there are other projects that are within stone throws away going for way lower prices.
