We Built a Boat Dodger in 3 Days (Before the Baja Ha-Ha)

With a hard deadline approaching, we had just days to build a custom sailboat dodger from scratch before leaving San Diego for the Baja Ha-Ha. What started as a 14-day timeline quickly turned into a last-minute push, with only 3 long days in the loft to design, pattern, and sew the entire dodger. From navigating fog on arrival to sourcing materials, building the frame, and figuring it out as we went, this project tested both our skills and our patience.
