Discover ChaPa, a house designed around a double-height gallery that connects the social areas on the first floor with the private spaces on the second. Located on an elongated lot and oriented from South to North, the house takes advantage of its layout to open all its main spaces toward the East garden. The living-dining-kitchen area connects to a terrace, garden, and pool through a large sliding glass wall, while a concrete and wood overhang shields the spaces from the sun and supports the upper terraces. With materials such as concrete, wood, steel, and brick, ChaPa achieves a perfect balance between design, functionality, and connection to nature.
