1970 Plymouth Cuda 440 Rapid Transit Show Car // Mecum Indy 2023 // May 12-20

This is a rare opportunity to acquire one of the original Plymouth Rapid Transit System Caravan show cars, which has been hidden away for over 50 years. The car, with an odometer reading of 967 miles, remains unrestored and retains its custom metalwork and lacquer paint from the late 1970s. It bears the serial number 100005 and was designed by Harry Bradley, known for his work on the Hot Wheels toy line. The car was built by Chuck Miller, a recipient of the prestigious Ridler award in 1968. It was authorized and funded by Plymouth for the Rapid Transit System Caravan, which toured between 1970 and 1971.
