TotK All Dungeons 2:29:33 (v1.0) [Former WR]

I've been working on Tears of the Kingdom All Dungeons speedruns for the last month or so and managed to beat it in under 2.5 hours for the first time ever! All Dungeons includes the 5 temples (including spirit) as well as Hyrule Castle before then beating the game so it's a really good showcase of the game since you get to see so much more than an any% speedrun.
