The purpose of this audit was to determine whether Northstar Oil and Gas's Information Security Policy is adequate for: • Corporate and technology due diligence, • Legislative and regulatory compliance for a company operating in Toronto, Ontario, and • Compliance with governance requirements for a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
