Kolesarjenje na Tenerifih: Trening z WorldTour ekipo | 8500m višincev v štirih dneh

Tenerife. Teide. The slopes. And the WorldTour team! When I found out I would be training for two days with the NSN Cycling team, supported by 4Endurance, I thought it would be a simple endurance ride. Instead: four 20-minute intervals on the hill at 360W, downhill at 85km/h, and riders passing me effortlessly. This is my entire training camp in Tenerife — from packing my bike at Treviso airport to the final climb with Bini Girmay. 🚴 WHAT YOU WILL SEE: Packing the Ridley Falcon RS in an Evoc Road Bike Pro bag Two independent training sessions: 61km/1000m ↑ and 100km/1770m ↑ Training with the WorldTour team: 140km, 3300m of elevation gain and 91km/2500m of elevation gain Intervals and professional pace What I learned about the difference between an amateur and a professional 📍 Locations: Tenerife (east coast, TF-47, Los Gigantes, Vilaflor 1400m, climb to 2200m) ⚡ A BIG THANK YOU goes to 4endurance, who especially made this content possible! ⏱️ CHAPTERS: 00:00 Introduction 00:18 Bike packing & special luggage 02:06 Why did I come to Tenerife in the first place? 02:31 1st independent training — east side (61km / 1000m ↑) 04:20 2nd individual training — west coast (100km / 1770m ↑) 06:37 The day I trained with the WorldTour team 20:41 Day 2 — I catch Bini Girmaya and the conversation 27:13 Cleaning up and going home ⚡ 4ENDURANCE: Fuel for my training and recovery.
