CARA MUDAH DALAM MEMBUAT PASSAGE PLAN PADA ECDIS TRANSAS NAVI SAILOR 4000 ‼️

Before we create a passage plan, let's understand the term "APEM." What is "APEM"? APEM (Appraisal, Planning, Execution, and Monitoring) is a process used in maritime navigation to ensure the safety and efficiency of a ship's voyage. Appraisal: Assessing navigational information, such as nautical charts, weather, and sea conditions, to understand the situation and identify potential hazards. Planning: Creating a ship's voyage plan, including a passage plan, to ensure the safety and efficiency of the voyage. Execution: Carrying out the ship's voyage plan by monitoring and controlling the ship's position, speed, and course. Monitoring: Monitoring the ship's voyage to ensure it adheres to the established plan and identifying potential hazards. APEM is an important process in maritime navigation because it can help reduce the risk of accidents and improve the safety of ship voyages. In the context of passage planning, APEM is used to ensure that a ship's itinerary has been well-considered and takes into account all relevant factors, such as weather, sea conditions, and other potential hazards. Once we understand the four points above, we can create a passage plan using a chart or ECDIS. In this video, a young officer will share how to create a passage plan using an ECDIS on a ship, specifically the Transas Navi Sailor 4000 ECDIS. Watch this video to the end to learn how to create an effective passage plan using an ECDIS and improve navigational safety on board. Happy Watching and GBU!
