Iloilo or Cagayan de Oro: The Search for the Philippines' 4th City

Hello. Welcome back to our channel where we search for the rightful owner of the title: Philippines 4th City! (After Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, and Metro Davao.) Today, we have an exciting episode lined up for you as we compare two incredible cities vying for the country’s 4th city, Cagayan de Oro and Iloilo. Both cities have been experiencing rapid economic growth over the past decade and have a very strong potential to claim the title's rightful owner. This is a tough call, and in order for us to do this, we’ll be using 10 different criteria to determine which city comes out on top of the other and claim the Philippines' 3rd runner-up crown.
