3 SoCal Fishing Pier, Which one is better ?

I fished Balboa Pier, Newport Beach Pier and Huntington Beach Pier on the same day, I wanted to see which one would be the best one to fish, Balboa Pier had some fisherman with some Mackerel in there buckets but no one was catching anything when I was there. Newport Beach Pier was quiet and no one had fish in there bucket. Huntington Beach Pier had the same no one was catching anything but I did finally manage to catch 2 Smelt, I also saw some big Corbina in the surf along with a Leopard Shark. For me the clear winner was Balboa Pier, Because people actually had fish in there buckets.
