After a really tough past year, escaping the hustle and just being around nature (and kind strangers) allowed me to rest on a whole new level. My biggest takeaway from this trip is to practice being more present and taking things slow. If you’re watching this right now, take it as your sign to pause, take a break, and touch grass.
