She has graced prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Kennedy Center, B.B. King's, Joe's Pub, SFJAZZ, as well as numerous international music festivals and venues. Chou's quintet features saxophone and vocals in Mandarin/English, complemented by Chinese violin(erhu), viola, and a jazz rhythm section, amplifying the universal appeal of her music to her ever-expanding fan base. The adventurous saxophonist and singer has two touring shows: Asian-Jazz Fusion, a resonant and harmonious project combining traditional Chinese music and classical influences with American jazz and pop; and Comfort Girl, an examination of the tragic history of Asian women abducted into sexual slavery in World War II.
