Manuel Oliver, the father of 17-year-old Joaquin Oliver who was shot and killed by Nikolas Cruz, who murdered 16 others at Parkland’s Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, spoke to Cruz in court ahead of his sentencing in Florida.
