My go to hip replacement exercises after TWO total two hip replacements. These are my daily four exercises that I do EVERY DAY. When I had my first hip replacement at age 56 in 2022 there was not that much information for ACTIVE people with hip replacements. Knowing what exercises to do to recover helped SO much when I had my second hip replacement at age 59. Of course everyone is different and I HIGHLY recommend you find an excellent physical therapist to work with both before and after your hip replacement. And if I could share ONE piece of advice with you it would be to continue the exercises you are prescribed after surgery-- because exercise should not stop-- it should CONTINUE.
