Caderneta capa-dura com BOPP e Verniz Localizado em Polaseal feito na Silhouette

Learn how to make this vaccination booklet with a re-bound design using Wire-o binding. A custom design was created using Adobe Illustrator, and after printing, it received a matte BOPP lamination. Then, the desired shape for the spot varnish was cut out using a Silhouette machine (I used Silhouette Connect to link Illustrator with the Silhouette) using 0.03mm Polaseal (plastic for laminating ID cards) and positioned on the cover. The hard cover was made of cardboard (Leather Paper/Shoemaker Cardboard/Gray Cardboard) with a thickness of 0.8mm and finished with 180g ColorPlus paper. The blue tape I used is from 3M, also used for markings when painting on walls, ideal for not leaving glue residue and for being easy to remove. The laminator I used was a Royal Sovereign that I bought in the United States a while ago. People speak very highly of Aurora here in Brazil, not to mention that it accommodates much larger formats than mine. Its applications include vaccination booklets, personalized agendas, planners, notebooks, and covers in general. Did you like it? Then leave your like and subscribe to the channel to help it grow!
