The Forgotten Lazy League Starter (PoE 3.29) | Eviscerate Elementalist Ignite

My lazy league starter for the new Path of Exile league (3.29): Eviscerate Elementalist Ignite. This is not the most hyped build right now, but I think many people forgot how strong, cheap, and comfortable this archetype can be. The idea is simple: start with a basic Elementalist Ignite setup, farm your first currency, and later swap into Eviscerate when the build has enough gear and passive points.
