Micael, the alleged perpetrator of the deaths of four people and the serious injuries inflicted on seven others after he rammed them with his car, is now in prison. Just shy of the 72-hour deadline following the incident, the judge ordered the alleged perpetrator to be held in pretrial detention without bail. A relative of the bride and groom did not explain the reason for the altercation. Inside the restaurant in Torrejón de Ardoz where the Gypsy wedding was being held, a dispute broke out with this individual, which led to his removal from the ceremony, to which he had not been invited.
