It was produced and distributed by Sankyo Educational Films, Inc. Synopsis: The Goemon gang must once again foil Seppukumaru's sinister plans, this time involving the abduction of kids and... garbage?! As this is an educational film, it tries to convey a message about the effects of pollution to a younger audience. Note: Since this animation only saw release on VHS that's the "highest-quality" available to us. As a result, there are some artefacts and distortions associated with the old analogue format.
