Jeep Gladiator Off-roading With 37” Tires
Its time to test out the Jeep Gladiators Offroad Performance with 37" Tires and a few Offroad upgrades! The last trip Cassie and i took, we were on the same trails with this Jeep on 35s. • Jeep Gladiator Off-Roading With 35” Tires Previous to that, we had tested it completely stock; • Taking Our New Jeep Gladiator Offroad - Ho... We started off with one of the hardest trails at the park (Daniel). It has some very steep climbs as you can see. The first rock ledge was a little too much without a lift, the JTs belly was not agreeing with the rocks. Sure i could have gave it some momentum and bumped up it, but without skid plates i didn't want to chance it. Luckily our jeep is a rubicon, equipped with front and rear locking differentials which helped out a ton in this terrain. We then continued to Dickey Bell, another one of Uwharries harder trails, the Jeep tackled it without any issues at all. Overall, the Jeep gladiator works well with 37" tires. It is still comfortable on the road, and doesnt give the Jeep a "sluggish" feel. Offroad, i would say they are a preferred size to hit some of the more difficult trails. With the addition of 37s, i will be upgrading and strengthening up some components including steering upgrades and axle upgrades to ensure the jeep can handle the trails and the larger tires. The Yokohama XAT all terrains did fantastic, and im excited to test them out in some muddy/wet offroad terrain in the future. Like i mentioned, a 3/3.5" lift kit will be in the future, and we will do more offroad testing and review videos up at Rausch Creek or AOAA in PA. Im excited to explore and test the limits of this Jeep Truck, because it keeps surprising me each step of the way. Like always, thanks for watching! Please give the video a thumbs up and leave a comment! Stay tuned for more Jeep videos soon. -Ben JKGG
